I have just downloaded croatian language files. Then i copied two ini files into administrator/language/HR-hr and language/HR-hr folders. On my site is both enabled backend and frontend Croatian language. But phoca component and modules are in english.
Can you help me somehow, please, its very urgent to me.

looks like everything ok for me

For example, if the language is missing one ", then it will be not loaded (this is mostly the problem of not loaded translation )
