All,
Ive set Phoca to email me when a file is downloaded, and this tells us the file and username etc.
Is there a way to edit this email so that i can have persons email address/physical address/telephone number display in said email?

Hi, for this, you need to directly customize the code or if it will fit your needs, you can change it in language settings - change the language strings to add your own information.
