bug with usergroup access

I have phocadownload set up so that a custom user group can download files from a category. For some reason in the last few days it has stopped adding new users to the access list?

New users join with Akeeba Subscriptions which adds them to the custom user group.

The category is available to that user group, but the user is not listed in the access rights box?

It was all working perfectly until a few days ago and I don't think we've updated anything?

Hi, I think you need to find what was changed on your server. Phoca Download does not manage the groups of users in groups. It just uses standard Joomla! ACL but does not manage it so it cannot exclude someone from group or a group itself
