Disable Download

Greetings,

Thanks much for the component.

I know it's called Phoca Download but I'm using it to manage resources that I'd rather they view on-line (documents and videos) so is there a way to disable the download ability while still allowing play/preview? It doesn't have to be super secure, just be a discouragement to downloading.

Hi, no, for now there is no such option.

So this can be done:
- in code - you will hide the code or comment it - the easiest way (php and html skills are required)
- or you can use own layout without download button, see:

- or hide the button per css
