Hi Phoca-Team,
first of all thank's a lot for this nice piece of software. It helped me (newbie) a lot to create my own website the way i like to have it.

My question: There are a some pdf- and cad-files I like to present visitors for download. Now, as I prefer a kind of reduced design, I would like to leave it with the Icon/Filename-Link, instead of having the additional download button. Is there a reasonable way to remove it?

I searched for this topic in the forum and elsewhere , but I didn't find a solution. In case I've overseen something...Sorry!

Hi,
ja, das funktioniert. Wenn Du mit Hilfe des Phoca Download Button Plugins einen Link zu Deiner Datei erstell hast, kannst Du mit einem rechts Klick auf die Datei den Link kopieren und im Editor als Textlink in einen Artikel einfügen.

vielen Dank Benno für die schnelle Antwort. Leider steht zwischen mir und der Lösung noch eine (hoffentlich) kleine Herausforderung: Das Download Button Plugin habe ich gestern noch installiert, bin dann aber von meiner Frau nach oben beordert worden. Heute morgen wollte ich dann einen ersten Versuch starten, bekomme aber in "neuer Beitrag" oberhalb des Editorfensters folgende Meldung:

Strict Standards: Only variables should be assigned by reference in C:\xampp\htdocs\pulsabsorber\plugins\editors-xtd\phocadownload\phocadownload.php on line 26

Was ist zu tun?
