File URLs not working after move from Jl 2.5 to J3.2

We are migrating from a site where we were using Phoca Download 2.1.9 on Joomla 2.5 to Phoca 3.0.4 on Joomla 3.2. We are Using K2 items with an Extra Field that links to the Phoca file. In the old version, a URL like "https://joomla3.oaug.org/component/phoc ... nload=4208" would work. This would download file id #4208. Now, in version 3.0.4, this shortcut no longer works. The link required to download this document is "https://joomla3.oaug.org/component/phoc ... 08:2012-q3" We have close to 5000 files. I would not like to have to update all of these. Is there an SEF or other server configuration setting I have missed? Is there a URL rewrite to accommodate this?

We have other files/links that are not using this URL convention on the new site. They are working fine. Phoca and its configuration are working just as they should.

Hi, Phoca does not use any own SEF solution, links are created by Joomla! JRoute method. Mostly when link is not a SEF means, the menu link to Phoca Download does not exist
