Is it possible to display/group files within a certain timef

Hi,
Is it possible to display/group files within a certain timeframe?
Say for example you upload newsletters it would be cool if you can group in months and/or display only documents upload between a set date ie 2013-01 to 2014-01

I realise the above is most likely possible by creating nested categories but it would be pretty seet to be bale to do it on the fly and not create more categories than required.

Hi, for now you can do it for files - you can set the the file will be active from - to.
