Download Files Problem

Post by toxicrainpx »

Hi there,
I'm new to PhocaDownload an I was loving this product. I work in a volunteer fire department and I used this tool to manage some documents downloads. I was uploading files to the system without any problem, but now, when I was trying to put the system in production I can't open most of the files. All files are public but when I press the link it goes to the same page all over again. Can someone help me on this?

Thanks in advance,

Hi, can you paste a link to the site to see it? Did you try to test enabling/disabling SEF?

Hi, was the file added in administration, did you try to download it per component (added file in administration, created menu link to Phoca Download and downloaded in component)?
