fatal error ,how to fix it?

i use Phoca download to manage file in template purity 3 ,i have installed it Successfully,but when i enter the control panel to configurate it, fatal error came out ,can somebody help me ? i have googled it ,but find few answer !!

i made a mistake ,its for joomla2.5, i have Uninstall it, there is no chinese language

Hi, there are three Chinese language files:
https://www.phoca.cz/download/category/4 ... -component - will be great if you can improve one of them and update it to 3 if you speak Chinese.
