Web links

I am wanting to have a place where registered users can add relevant web links, by category, to topics covered on my Joomla site. Is there something like this here? I have looked around but don't see one. I just want to make sure I haven't missed it somewhere.

Hi, not sure what you mean with web links, which phoca extension you mean?

I run a site for German teachers and they often share links to websites that are useful for teaching the language. They would like to have a page where they could share the links and have them altogether and categorized according to what they are about rather than having them strewn throughout many different posts in a forum. I do not know if you have an extension that will do this or not. I have used some of your other extensions and they are wonderful, so I thought I would look here to see if you have what I am looking for. The native Joomla module for this is not very useful.
