download statistics plugin not installing

When i install the New mod plugin for statistics after i downloaded it. I get this.

Warning
JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find Joomla XML setup file

However I installed another plugin from the site and it worked fine.

I'm using the latest Joomla and the latest Phocadownload.

Hi,
the available Phoca Statistics Plugin http://joomlacode.org/gf/download/frsre ... v1.3.5.zip is a Joomla v1.5 Plugin. It will not work withh J2.5 or J3.x.
