Turkish letter problem in File name

Hi,
Turkish letter in file names ( ş,ğ,ü etc.) not appear. Do you have any solution for that?

Hi!
I have similar problem in Hungarian language.
The file name is: hirdetmény jelöltállításról
In the page: hirdetmny jelltajnlsrl.
And I make a language/hu-HU and administrator/language/hu-HU folder and translate the "hu-HU.com_phocadownload.ini" and "hu-HU.com_phocadownload.sys.ini" files but the download not in hungarian.... just the admin menu

Hi, see similar posts in this forum, only ascii characters are working, there is no utf-8 support for filenames as many servers do have problems with such files...
