phocagallery install on XAMPP

I learning to use Joomla and I was trying to install phocagallery on my XAMPP server and I keep getting error message about php max file size. I followed the "Installation Problem Solving" page but when I up zip the 4.11 file, I don't have a front folder like it says in the write up. I'm sure I'm doing something dumb but please help.

the "Installation Problem Solving" articles was written for Phoca Gallery for Joomla! v1.5. So don't use it. If you have troubles to install Phoca Gallery read this article: https://www.phoca.cz/documents/16-joomla ... -in-joomla
