footer problem

hi, i try to use phoca pdf, but i have a problem with the render of pdf when i set header and footer.
The problem is that the footer don't appear like i try to set them. They appear in the first page upside down, and not complete, in the last page in the right position but incomplete. I use joomla 2.5 with the defaul theme. You can see this at the url www.giancarlopedote.it/press for see the error and giancarlopedote.it/press/pdf/pdf.pdf for see the example how i would like to render my pdf from joomla.
Can someone help me?

Hi, did you try to set the margins - for the whole PDF or for the footer/header in Options.
