Switch (swap) Image how to resize image

hello, sorry for my English at first time.

My question is simple how should I do to resize my image in the Switch (swap) ,my configuration is joomla 2.5 , component phoca galery 3.2.8 and Phoca Gallery Plugin.

this may be a stupid question , but I did not find .

Hi,
reduce the size of your large thumbnails in the Phoca Gallery Options, delete the to large-sized thumbnails via FTP and create the large thumbnails with the new size once more.
