Phoca Download Component Not working

Hello all,
I recently upgraded to Joomla 3.x. I had phoca downloaded installed there, and proceeded to install the latest version 3.0.5 for Joomla 3.x. The installation went fine and I can see all previous content and settings in there.
Now, when go to one of the menus in the front end, then the page just comes up with an error. For instance:
?option=com_phocadownload&view=category&id=346&Itemid=352
the error is: This webpage is not available
he connection to localhost was interrupted.
Check your Internet connection
Check any cables and reboot any routers, modems, or other network devices you may be using.
Allow Chrome to access the network in your firewall or antivirus settings.
If it is already listed as a program allowed to access the network, try removing it from the list and adding it again.
If you use a proxy server...
Check your proxy settings or contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working. If you don't believe you should be using a proxy server: Go to the Chrome menu > Settings > Show advanced settings... > Change proxy settings... > LAN Settings and deselect "Use a proxy server for your LAN".
Error code: ERR_CONNECTION_RESET
This happens in my local computer, on which I'm making the Joomla 2.5x to Joomla 3.x upgrade. Note, non-phoca pages do work well as I upgraded all appropriate extensions.
Anything I should be looking for?
Oddly enough, while most menus in the admin for phoca download work well, this one does not:
?option=com_phocadownload&view=phocadownloadlogs
