Cannot close the marker window, cross mark missing

Hi there!
I am having a slight issue with my Phoca Maps - everything is working perfectly - besides the marker window.
There is no cross mark showing for the viewer to close the marker window once they have clicked to open it.
Is there any way to fix this?
Hoping for your reply.
Thank you very much!

Hi, can I see the site, the close icon is automatically added by maps, see e.g. here:

Hi, thank you, I see the close icon but it is destroyed, so this seems to be a template css conflict
When I disable the styles on the site, I see, this is in conflict:

Disabling it, the close icon is displayed ok, se there seems to be the problem ...
Maybe this can be similar to this topic:

Hi Thank you Jan for your reply.
I have been following your advice - but i am still having trouble. I tried to insert the code you showed in the similar topic.
I tried to put it in my styling sheets as well as my main - but didnt change anything.
If i disable the styles on the site - that will effect the website right?
So is there an alternative. Because i really like this map, i dont want to change.
Hope to have your reply again.
thank you, always. Vanessa

Hi, unfortunately I don't know the style as I didn't code it. I only know that if I disable the style on that page, everything is Ok - this means, in the style, there is some formatting used, which is in conflict with Google Maps API parts like close button, so I think, this is more a question on developer of the style to find which part is in conflict
It has nothing to do with Phoca Maps, this is a conflict in the style which affects directly Google Maps, so it does not matter which component you will use for rendering maps, it will be always in conflict
