Multi-file download in back-end

Hello,
When I need to upload 5 or 10 files in the same category, I want to use multi-upload.
Doing that, I can select the files and see them, ready for upload, in the upload box.
But when I push the button Upload, I see only an error message. I need to upload the files one by one
What can I do?
