[Solved] File access autorisation

Hello
I'm french user under joomla 3. I have created groups of user in Joomla, suppose Teachers, Administrators,.... When I register a file in a group of documents in PhocaDownload there is a field called access ; but inside I don't find the groups previously created in Joomla ; only the standard ones!
Does it mean I can't have a selection more thin ?

Hi, you need to set the groups and add the access rules for them in Joomla!

Thanks for your answer.
But and as I said, in Joomla I have created two groups in which I put the users. In Phoca I can not make a file available to the entire group : I see that each member of the group and have to give access to everyone ... by clicking its name ! If the group contains 150 persons my mouse is tired !!!

Hi, the list of users is there only for case, you want to specify some user, not to use it as a group.

The group should be displayed there (testing now, newly added group is displayed there) -

But in Joomla! when you add new group, you need to add new access level:

User groups - new - save
View Access Levels - new - select the new group and set new access level.

Hi,
OK, now it's clear for me (I'm at a very low level in Joomla) !
Another question a bit linked with the original subject now : I have a menu item to access to the PhocaDownload base of categories and articles (link to categories). If the user is logged in no problem ; if he is not logged in I stay on a white page ; in that last case how can I have a messsage as "Please log in before trying to see these section !"

Hi, there should be a login page in case of Phoca Download component, not a blank page? Can you paste a screenshot (two - one when you click to access files and second the blank page)?

Hi !
I sent twice my answer with screenshots but it seems lost in the space !
I solved my problem through another way : the item menu accessing to these files is visible only for logged users !
