tree module not forming structure properly?

Hi, first, many thanks for your wonderful gallery software for Joomla, the best! 
I'm using the tree module & it doesn't seem to be forming the structure right.
My site is http://www.wizfamily .co.uk (remove space)
My categories (parent first) holiday-2008-fireworks (example of child catogory fireworks is given, there are others)
The tree module has holiday-2008. This gives an error & shows no content. There is also a 2008 at the top level of the tree, which correctly shows its sub catagories.
I'm using:
joomla 1.5.9
phoca gallery 2.20 BETA
JA_Purity template
