Errors when uninstalling language packs

Hi,
Recently I have problems when
UNinstalling lang packs.
Following error appears:
Warning
Files Uninstall: Manifest file invalid or not found.
Example:
Czechtranslation of Phoca Maps, but not only that.
Installation (Joomla 3.4.1) was OK.
But de-installation is causing problems - above mentioned error, lang files remain on server, only the record in database was deleted.
Since record in DB is deleted, this lang pack does not appear in Joomla Extension Manager after that.
Yes, I can copy/delete through FTP, but looks like Joomla has problems, or at least mine.
It seems that Joomla upgrade is the reason, but not sure. Any ideas?

Thank you.
There is no problem with the same translation on Joomla! 3.3.3 (though different server)
May be in the new update of Joomla they changed something with the package format (xml).

Hi,
May be in the new update of Joomla they changed something with the package format (xml).
Sorry, I don't know from such changes. I just deinstall one of my german translations from Joomla! 3.4.1 with out any problems ...
E.g.:
http://www.reisefotografien.eu/download ... komponente
So if you have troubles with the Czech translation, you should try to contact the Czech translator.
Kind regards,
Benno

Could you please, try to install and deinstall again on J!3.4.1?
The problem appears when deinstalling new installs (packs, installed on version 3.4).
I tested with this German translation and the result is same - manifest file can not be found.
The problem is in Joomla, but I do not know if only mine is broken.

Hi,
yes, I tested it again, and again without errors ....
See:
Result:
Did you install the Czech or in my case German translation of Joomla! before you install and deinstall a translation of a component in this languages??
Kind regards,
Benno

Thank you, but still I have errors...
Fehler bei der Datei-Deinstallation
Warnung
Dateien deinstallieren: Manifest-Datei ist ungültig oder wurde nicht gefunden.
As you see - German language is installed for Joomla already.
After some investigation - Joomla is trying to locate the following file during deinstallation process:
public_html/administrator/manifests/files/KomponentePhocaGallery-DeutscheSprachdateien.xml
It is possible my installation to be corrupted somehow, but I don't have any idea
Are you testing on 3.4.1, and not on 3.4, because on your screenshots I see J3.4-test?
Just for confirmation.

Hi,
I confirm the troubles of plamen and I think it's a problem of the latest version of Joomla, the 3.4.1.
I installed and uninstalled some translation file and I always get an "Manifest file invalid or not found".
I then wrote a my lang translation pack, installed (all ok) and uninstalled: I obtain the manifest error!
Ciao

I think I found the solution.
In xml file the field <name> must be equal to the name of the xml file.
In my pack I corrected and now I get no mistakes.
In the case of plamen the xml file is "cs-CZ.com_phocamaps_j30.xml" while in the file we have:
<name> Phoca Maps (čeština) </ name>
Try to change and let us know if it's ok.
