How to modify Category View layout?

Is it possible to add some extra text down (where is "Powered by PD" text) or above list of files?
I thought that Layout menu is for that, but adding text there affects every file row.
Adding through modification of php is not an option.

This is set in the Category Description, is this what you mean?

Yes, something like this, but for all Categories.
Otherwise I have to add this text for each Category description.
Anyway, my categories are not so much. Thank you.
