Change language

Hi!
I have just installed the Phoca Gallery. I have also uploaded the norwegian language files for both the admin and the front end areas, but, the gallery still remains with the english language..How can I fix this?
Backend laguage file uploaded to: public_html/administrator/language/nb-NO
Frontend language file uploaded to: public_html/language/nb-NO
Any help appriciated!
I am running:
Joomla Joomla! 3.4.1 Stable
Phoca Gallery 4.1.2
EDIT: Just found out that the language i have uploaded is for the Joomla 1.5 version
Anyone know where I can find language files for Joomla 3?
