I wonder if there is a function/setting I can do that makes files in a category hidden until you read and accept a text/terms?

We want something like this:

Hi, for now there is standard access rights system so this needs to be customized. In File View you can see the file but you can download it after you will click that you confirm the license, so maybe you can use this feature (downloading instead viewing)

Yes, that could work.

I had an idea also that I could make an sub-category to the category I want to use that is called "See all files" and in the first category I can write a text that everyone need to read before they click on the "See all files" sub-category.
