PDF Preview from module

Hi I have the Phoca Download insert link button installed and whatever I set the files as, it will always download the PDF to the hard drive and not opening it up in a new window.
Can you tell me what I am doing wrong?

Hi, see similar posts, if you want to preview a PDF, just use preview button for this.

Yes tried every combination of button possible including the preview, and it still downloads.

This is using the insert file button into a module. Perhaps you cannot do it in modules, can you confirm this so I can go back to the client?
