Image file not downloading

Hi I have Joomla! 3.4.1 Stable [ Ember ] 21-March-2015 20:30 GMT using the latest Chrome on windows 7. i am a superuser and most of the files I have uploaded can be dowloaded. A 1.7mb jpg file uploads OK but when trying to download it the download page simply seems to refresh with no download.

Many pdfs and W download fine while other pdfs and W start to download and I get a black page with a download bar at the top which does not complete and I have to back space to get back to the download page.

Other normal users also have the same problem.

Any help appreciated.

Hi, try to check server limits and errorLog on your server ( https://www.phoca.cz/documents/16-joomla ... rs-on-site ) if there is no error message which can tell more

Hi Jan As usual its the user (my) fault. The image file name somehow had the extension missing.The pdf downloads OK in IE but not chrome.
Thanks for your support though. Appreciated especially when frustrated.
