Can i upload file THAI language? because i have THAI language documents to upload for user. it can be upload file but can't show THAI language file name on title.

Hi, you can use title as utf-8 characters, so as title you can use thai language, but for filenames (which are stored on server) the ascii characters need to be used (because mostly it depends on server settings if it can be read or not) so for now there is no support for utf-8 characters in filenames.
