Hi first I wanna say this seems like a wonderful component and plugin so thanks.

Ive installed Phoca Download and Phoca Download Plugin because I only want to be able to put a download link (button) in my articles.
Ive tried this but all i get is the codes showing up no button or anything. Im fairly new to joomla and phoca ofcourse so was wondering
if I could be directed in the right direction to get this working.

By the way I did create a category in Phoca download, create a file and uploaded file for download and everything. So not sure what im missing.

Hi,
1.) Which version of Phoca Download Component & Phoca Downlod Plugin you are using?
2.) Did you enable Phoca Download Plugin in Joomla! Plugin Manager?
3.) Please check whether you really have installed Phoca Download Plugin and not Phoca Download Button Plugin only.
Because, Phoca Download Button Plugin creats valid code, but Phoca Download Plugin executes this code..

lol yes your are correct I didnt even realise that I hadnt installed the phoca download plugin. Its working now. By the way this is a great set of tools for EXACTLY what ive been searching for over the net for days now. Thanks a million. You should have a donate button on your site.
