Uploading by special user accounts

Hi,

great forum (as often in the Joomla community with great extensions)!

For starters, I actually posted earlier this message but the thread was tagged [SOLVED] so I guess people don't expect new questions there... A reply here or there would be nice.

I just tried adding a new type of user (board member) and I gave them all the rights needed, I think (access component, create, delete, edit, edit state).
Furthermore, I obviously enabled user uploads.

Furthermore, in the category, I added Access rights to all registered users and upload rights to the individual board members.

Yet, I'm still getting no permission to upload through the frontend.
Anyone who's willing to take a look into the settings?

did you setup: backend --> Components --> Phoca Download --> Control Panel --> Options --> General -->
Access Level - Registered Users=(See image below)
