Joomla 3 install problem

Hi,

I'm preparing my new Joomla3-site and want to migrate my old site to that.
I start by installing the Poca-download component v2.1.9 and it reports OK.
But when I start poca-download Control-Panel I get this:

Hi,
you use the wrong Phoca Download version. The version for Joomla v3 is this one:

Use this guide for migration:
