After Joomla Update no ZIP Upload?

Hello,
yesterday i have update Joomla to 3.4.5. Now i cant upload *.zip files anymore
.
I really dont know why i cant upload all files but for ZIP-Files...
Error-Message:
Warnung
Warnung! - Die Datei „/joomla/data/userupload/test/o.zip“ wurde aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht hochgeladen!
If i try jo upload a Zip-File with JCE-Editor, i can upload it.
Some ideas?

New information:
If i upload a test.exe (example) i can upload it correctly, if i archive the test.exe to test.zip i cant upload it.
What the hell?

Hi, this seems like this is caused by the upgrade of Joomla! 3.4.5, I have done some changes in Phoca Download and it seems, everything is OK now, I hope, I will release the new version ASAP.

Hello Jan,
thank you for this release, i have update it in my testsystem and it works grate!
I can upload my *.zip folders, got the correct time, some errors are fixed!

I upgraded to 3.1.0 and am still receiving the same error. I am unable to upload any zip files.
Please help!
