user upload dont work

i guys like on subjet i try to use user upload but it dont work i will show u what it sayme when i try to use it on a screenshot and the setting too.

before checking etc, some informations: Please make an update to 3.4.5 (it was an important security release)!
Since today, Phoca Download is Released to 3.1.0: https://www.phoca.cz/news/864-phoca-down ... 0-released

Additional info: 1 screenshot shows: „You are not authorized to do this action“

backend --> Components --> Phoca Download --> Control Panel --> Options --> General --> Access Level - Registered Users and:
select all groups you want they will have access to User Control (Upload) Panel
