How to display all files on one page

Hi
I am trying to show all files on one page. For example:

Category
Subcategory
File123
File456
Subcategory
File789

In essence all categories should be expanded. No need to have folders/categories to actually click on etc.
My ideas?

Thx, Kai

Hi, did all the settings but I am back now that the subcategories are shown as folders I have to click on to see the files.
Not sure if I wasn't able to explain or didn't get what you wanted to say. :(
My goal is to show all files on one page. No click on subcategories or folder icons etc.
Simply show all files listed under their subcategory.
Thx.

Hi Kai,

then try according this: https://www.phoca.cz/documents/17-phoca- ... d-glossary
... In Joomla! Menu Manager you can create a menu link to Categories View, to Category View or to File View. ...

Hi Christine
Thx for your reply. I tried that and it displays the categories but no files. Still not what I need.
Again, need one page with all files listed under each category.
I saw a few more requests on the same topic in the forum and apparently it is impossible.
If anybody has an idea, it is welcome.
