Friendly Staff,
I’ll contact you because I manage a sportive website, www.easyvolley.net.
Long use phoca gallery to show match photoes, ordered by theme and folder.
I am very well … but today I was creating a new category and, Instead of the usual screen, I get a blank screen.
URL: http://www.easyvolley.net/administrator ... ayout=edit

I am very worried because I must insert new photos but I cannot.
I’ve tried to upgrade my current version (4.1.1) with new version (4.2.1) no uninstall old version. (for fear of losing over 1000 pictures sorted into over 20 categories and subcategories)

but the problem continues.

The site works with joomla 3.3.6.

How can I solve the problem?

thank you very much for the help you can give me .. !!

Marco

Hi Marco,

I think, before we could solve the phoca problem, please check this one: https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/www.easyvolley.net
and site is still: J 3.3.6: http://www.easyvolley.net/administrator ... joomla.xml

Therefore I think, you should contact your hoster.

Kind regards, Christine

Update to J 3.4.5 is necessary.
