Is there a way to duplicate categories/files?

Hello:

Is there any way to duplicate/copy categories or files so that I can just edit them to make them unique (maybe from the db end). I have a lot of products (close to 100, all categorized and some appear in multiple categories) to add and sometimes it gets tedious. It would even be great to be able to add all items in a text/spreadsheet and then upload them to the system

Hi, the flash should work with installed adobe flash plugin 9 I am testing it in IE and it works
