how to delete manually phoca and download to reinstall

Hi,
I have a problem when I try to create a new cathegory. If I click on "new category" after 30 sec appear a blank page.
I have uninstalled and re-installed Phoca Gallery but the problem continues...
Can I uninstall manually all linked tables from phpmyadmin and then I'll try to install Phoca Gallery ??
