when I active plugin, the web is in blank

I installed the component and plugin, and all is ok. I try click de pdf icon, and show me normal pdf of joomla. I thought Phoca pdf no worked correctly. And then activate the plugin in exetensions, but the web is in blank now.
What is the problem???

In my php (display_errors) it is on, but the page is in blank when I the plugin is actived, it isn´t show me the log error.

no idea what can be wrong, normally if the page is blank, it means, there is some php error (moslty fatal error) but it is not displayed because of error reporting = off in php.ini

when I check the demo on your site, I get blank too
I am running this site on low cost server and if the database cannot serve clients, it will stop working, so it goes blank.

I am having the same problem when the plugin is activated. I already have error reporting turned on (on our dedicated server) but there are no errors being generated by the plugin. Error reporting is working for other components because my error log has data in it from today.
Error reporting in Joomla is set to maximum. Debug is on.
I can not make the site generate anything other than a blank page so I have no idea what to try next. Without errors to check, I am a little lost.

Hi, try to check permissions and ownership of files and folders on your server.

I hate to ask the obvious, but i looked everywhere on the site and couldnt find the answer....
You said to check folder permission and ownership.
Which folders should I be checked and what should the read/write/exe values be and who should own them?
(the FTP user, the nobody user?)

Hi, I am not server expert, so you need to ask your webhosting provider. I mostly work on servers which are correctly set so I didn't solved any problems with permissions or ownership yet
