version 1.6beta: hide empty categorys not working

i have installed the version 1.6 beta. i had made the mistake to install and not to update... so now i must add all pictures again.
at first i created the new categories.

the option "hide emtpy categories" isnt working for me now. has anyone else the same problem?

did you change it in parameters component...

yes, i changed it.
"Display empty categories" = "no"
it is not so important for me that the empty categories are shown allthough.
i dont make empty categorys since i know the multiple add function that adds categories
i do all over the folder structure...

This categories are not displayed only in the 'frontpage' of the categories view but they are displayed in the tree...

for me it is quite great to add images and categories with the function multiple add. i dont have empty categories anymore.
