In my previous post I made a mistake in the matter of question .

This is correct:

It is impossible to INSTALL com_phocadownload_v3.1.0.zip to Joomla! 3.4.8

The system answer is:

jos2.jos_phocadownload' doesn't exist

means, you need to create this table manually.

I am sorry, but I don't understand, how can I see phoca tables in my DB, if the installation not complete? - "Error installing component"
There is no one jos_phocadownload table in the DB.
And there is no #_phocadownload' table in the installation file for installing manually.
