Forbidden - Frontend - Phoca Download File

Hi,

I used PD very often and never had this issue. The Frontend Button Phoca Download File leads to "Forbidden You don't have permission to access /index.php..."

The J is the latest 3.4.8 with the latest PD and the plugins 3.1.0. The folders are correct writable and the access-level is corr. Also all other components / plugins even the plg_editors-xtd_.. are working fine. Only the plg_editors-xtd_phocadownload leads to the issue.
The plugin works fine within the backend.

Any ideas?

Thanks and regards

Tobi

Hi, hmmm, this can happen in case the backend functions are "blocked" by specific functions, so as the frontend uses some backend functions for the buttons, etc., this can be caused by this limit

Hi Jan,

Thanks for the respond. Hmm. But how can I check which function gets blocked?
This is the first time I have this issue. And the tool is running on other pages too. But I think not with the latest versions. So did you change this part somewhere?

Thanks and regards

Hi, no I didn't change anything there. First you need to find, which part runs this error message? To know what happened there
