How to make mirror link work in Phoca Download 3.1.0?

Hi, I am trying to make a mirror link for a large file to be downloaded in my website. I have done below settings:
1) set Link & title in File --> "Mirror Details"
2) set "Display Mirror Links" to be "Yes, Category view as button" in Control Panel --> Setting --> Display

However, I still cannot see the "Mirror" button as I expected. Did I miss anything?
