acces special quand on upload

bonjour, j'ai un soucis lorsqu'un utilisateur enregistré upload un fichier en frontend, il n'apparait pas pour les autres utilisateurs.
je suis obligée d'aller changer en administration son statut en accès public car il est en accès spécial.
pourriez vous m'aider?
Je vais tenter de l'expliquer en anglais.
I have a problem when a registered user to upload a file on frontend, it does not appear to other users.

Hi, did someone or you customize the component somehow? As default, when user uploads the file, it is public.

Try to check other template to know, the current template does not override the Phoca Download output (e.g. with some kind of form which adds access field)

Before my registered users can upload carefree.
The site has been disabled for maintenance and after restarting it did not work anymore!

I always use the same Template
if I uninstall phoca and I put it back it would work?

Hi, I don't know the template, you need to take a look at the template directory on your server and check if there is html folder and if there are some files which overwrite Phoca Download component

If you uninstall the component and it will be overridden by template, nothing changes, so first you need to discover if it is not overridden by template
