Unable to upload file

Hi,
After upgrading Joomlo to version 3.5.0 and Phoca Download Component to 3.1.1 I get the message “You are not authorized to upload file” trying to upload files from the frontend.
I check the parameters in Options, users right in Categories, etc. but all seems ok.
What happens ?
Thank you in advance.

I think the problem is with users rights.
In fact in Joomla 3.4.8 all is working fine. Instead,In Joomla 3.5.0 I must set Upload Rights in Category to "All registred users" to avoid the issue.
Unfurtunately, in this way I cannot limit the access to single user's categories.

Hi, confirmed, please download this file:
https://www.phoca.cz/forumfiles/access.zip
and uzip this file to folder:
administrator\components\com_phocadownload\libraries\phocadownload\access\
so the file access.php will be overwritten.
Please test and let me know, if it is ok, I will release Phoca Download 3.1.2 with this change.
Thank you, Jan
