How to remove edit button in file ?

Hi, how to remove the button that say EDIT in file ?

I am not logged in the site (I verified it). I just enabled the login form. I think the “Edit” button shouldn’t appear in this case.

Anyway, just see the file in administration and check the specific icons which can be displayed after filename. There you can disable/remove it.
