My error is:

There are missing views directory

Could you say, maybe thsi is a reason that my Joomla is 1.5 RC2 ?

Yes, you right. JSite::getmenu() is new method in Joomla! RC3. You need Joomla! RC3 (see requirements) to run Phoca Gallery correctly.
