Parameters Basic doesn't expand

After adding a new menu-item of the type 'Phoca Documentation -> Sections -> Section List' it's not possible to fill out the Basic Parameters. This section cannot be expanded. There's no problem with the other parameter sections. I have tried different webbrowsers but they all share th same problem.
