I am using Joomla 3.5.1 and the latest version of phoca download. I have set a menu entry for file upload. When uploading, the categories tab is active but you cannot select a category when uploading. All the categories created in the back end dont show on the front end

Hi, set the upload rights for the categories - category will be only displayed, when logged in user have the upload rights to current category.
