cant see front end - no matter what I do

I would like to ask for your help
I read all the instructions and created a category and guest book with the permissions
but no matter at which user level I log in I can see the form (and its enabled)
so help me before I give up

the problem was with joomlart purity iii template
so for the guest book page i changed template to protostar that comes with joomla

Hi, there is no limitation for templates, so maybe it was cache problem (when cache enabled on your site, did you clean it or disable for test?)
Maybe there is some javascript conflict which somehow prevent from displaying the form in that template?
