Map marker not showing up

I have checked over all the settings and everything looks correct. The map is showing the correct area but the map marker and description are not showing up. Do I need to add an api key code to the script, if so where in the Joomla files do I add this in?

Hi, if the map is displayed, then everything is OK with the API key.

Can I see the site where this occurs, to see if the marker is set inside the javascript code?
