After changin to php Version 7.0 Error in phocagalleryslideshow line 37 and38

Hello,
I'm new in this Forum.
I found a lot of interested article but nothing for my Problem.
However anybody can help me?!
After changing to php Version > 5.3 (e.g. 5.5 or 5.6 or 7.0 ist equal) I get an issue with follow message:

"Strict Standards: Only variables should be assigned by reference in /mnt/web6/a1/50/51305350/htdocs/plugins/content/phocagalleryslideshow/phocagalleryslideshow.php on line 37 Strict Standards: Only variables should be assigned by reference in /mnt/web6/a1/50/51305350/htdocs/plugins/content/phocagalleryslideshow/phocagalleryslideshow.php on line 38"

The Version of Phocagallery is 4.3.1 and joomla has 3.6.2
Has anybody an idea to solve this Problem!
